A delicious desert made with vermicelli and milk maid. A perfect after dinner desert.

Ingredients to make Sewaaiya mithai

  • Nestle milkmade small can
  • Dryfruit chopped( almonds, walnut,pistachio&cashew) 1 katori
  • coconut powder 1 katori
  • elaichi 4/5
  • ghee 3/4 tbsp
  • Roasted sewaiyan packet 1

How to make Sewaaiya mithai

  1. Take kadai and heat with ghee on low flame
  2. Add elaichi powder
  3. Then add sewaiyan crushed properly in it
  4. Roast it at low flame till colour changes to brown
  5. Then add coconut powder & dry fruits
  6. Cook till 1 min
  7. Add milkmaid can half of it or 3/4 accordingly just to bind it properly
  8. Quickly remove it from gas after mixing it and spread it in thali to set it
  9. Decorate with left over chopped dry fruits.

My Tip:

Dont add too much of milkmaid as it will not be crispy if u do so..add just to bind sewaiyan
