Paneer stuffed pyaaz in chana daal gravy

Ingredients to make Paneer stuffed pyaaz in chana daal gravy

  • 1/2 cup soaked chana daal
  • 4 medium size onion
  • 1/2 cup paneer
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • salt as per taste
  • 1 tbsp coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • Pinch of hing
  • 1 green chilli
  • coriander leaves

How to make Paneer stuffed pyaaz in chana daal gravy

  1. Peel onion and make hollow from inside
  2. Mash paneer and add salt and chop green chilli
  3. Heat oil in pan
  4. Add jeera and ging
  5. When jeera splutter add ginger chilli paste and saute
  6. Then add tomato paste and saute
  7. When roasted add whisked curd
  8. And add all spices and saute
  9. Then add 1 cup water and chana daal
  10. And cook in cooker
  11. Till then fill onion with paneer mix
  12. After one whistle turn of gas and let cooker cool
  13. Then add all onions and again cook in cooker for 5 min.
  14. Lastly add garam masala and coriander leaves
  15. Serve hot
