Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 250 gm bhindi
  2. 2 tblspn besan
  3. 1 Medium size Onion
  4. 1 Medium size Tomatoe
  5. 1 capsicum
  6. 1 tblspn Ginger-Garlic paste
  7. 1 tblspn red chilli sauce
  8. 1 tblspn soya sauce
  9. 1 tblspn Tomato sauce
  10. 1 tspn vinegar
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Oil


  1. Wash and cut the okra in 2" piece. In a bowl mix okra and besan
  2. Heat oil in kadhai fry okra and set aside.
  3. Cut the Onion,tomato and capsicum in cubes. Heat oil in a pan, add onion saute well. Now add Ginger-Garlic paste and saute. add tomato and capsicum cook few minutes.
  4. Now add tomato sauce, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, vinegar and salt mix well.
  5. Add fried bhindi cook about 4-5 minutes. over low flame Serve hot.
