Reduced flavoured milk, a thick kheer that can be served for any party occasion or festivity parties.

Ingredients to make Rabdi

  • milk 1/2 lt
  • sugar 4 tsp
  • saffron strands 10-12
  • cardamom 2

How to make Rabdi

  1. Bring the milk to boil
  2. Add some saffron strands to 1 cup of milk
  3. Reduce the milk till half
  4. Add saffron milk to it
  5. Add cardamom powder
  6. Add sugar
  7. Mix everything well and cook until milk is thickened
  8. Garnish with chopped pistachios and dried rose petals
