It is a snack paneer recipi serve with peanut sauce

Paneer saute

Ingredients to make Paneer saute

  • 150 -200 gm paneer
  • Red curry paste 1 tsp
  • gerlic paste 1 tsp
  • ginger paste 1 tsp
  • lemon grass,lemon juice(as per need)
  • Suger,salt,honey(taste wise)
  • For peanut sauce:-gerlic,lemon grass,peanut,peanut peste,lemon juice,coconut milk,ginger,redchilli,onion,water(all are as per need)

How to make Paneer saute

  1. Cut paneer into size of middle will be thick in size
  2. Now in a bowl add red curry paste, gerlic,paste,ginger paste, lemon,grass,lemon juice,honey,suger, salt, soyasauce. Make a mixture
  3. Marinate the paneer in this paste for 30/40 minute
  4. In the mean time we will make peanut sauce..paste all the indrigents mentioned above for peanut sauce.and pour it
  5. After the marination is complete that paneer set in bamboo stick..make sure the stick must be go through whole paneer
  6. Now heat white the paneer. When one side fry is finish,turn over it.
  7. When the both side of paneer is fry completely then paneer saute is ready
  8. Serve it with peanut sauce
