Pav baji

Ingredients to make Pav baji

  • carrot 1 number
  • potato 1 number
  • Beans 3 numbers
  • cabbage chopped 2 tablespoon
  • tomato 2 numbers
  • coriander leaves one cup
  • onion 2 numbers
  • Pav baji masala 2 tablespoon
  • red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  • salt
  • ginger 1 inch piece
  • Pavilion 4 pieces

How to make Pav baji

  1. PRESSURE COOK ALL VEGETABLES WELL
  2. MASH IT WELL
  3. IN A PAN ADD GHEE AND ADD CHOPPED ONION AND SAUTE IT
  4. ADD GRATED TOMATOES
  5. ADD COOKED VEGETABLES
  6. MIX WELL AND ADD PAV BAJI MASALA RED CHILLY POWDER TURMERIC POWDER AND SALT
  7. ADD LEMON JUICE
  8. IN A HOT TAVA ADD BUTTER AND TOAST PAV IN BOTH SIDES
