Boiled potatoes coated with tangi curd and tamarind chutney.

Tangi Dahi_aloo.

Ingredients to make Tangi Dahi_aloo.

  • Boiled potatoes 4nos
  • Blended thick curd 2cups
  • tamarind date sauce 2table spoon.
  • coriander chutney 2table spoo
  • rock salt 1tea spoon
  • cumin powder 1tea spoon
  • red chilly powder 1tea spoon

How to make Tangi Dahi_aloo.

  1. Cut boiled potatoes into cubes,put in a bowl and keep aside.
  2. Mix all the ingredients into curd and blend well.
  3. Pour over cubes ,so thatcoat the potatoe cubes fully
  4. Pour some tamarind and coriander sauce over it.
  5. Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  6. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

Refrigerate potatoe chat befre serving.
