Matar ka parantha

Ingredients to make Matar ka parantha

  • fresh mithi matar 1/2kg
  • ginger 2piece
  • garlic 5
  • green coriander 2tbsp
  • green chilli 2
  • salt
  • black mirch powder
  • wheat flour dough 1 bowl

How to make Matar ka parantha

  1. first we chop ginger garlic , coriander green chilli together in a chopper ,then add fresh matar or green peas in the chopper and grind.
  2. Do not make a paste, the mixture should be coarsely ground. Mix salt and black pepper to the ground mix.
  3. Now roll the dough balls little flat and then put a dollop of the mixture and seal.
  4. Then roll it again to form the paratha.
  5. Roast the paratha on a hot tawa with little oil or ghee. serve hot.

My Tip:

Mithi matar nd matar ko mota pisna hai paste nahi banana
