Meatball Manchurian

Ingredients to make Meatball Manchurian

  • Grind meat 250 gm
  • all purpose flour according to taxrure.
  • Corn flour according to taxture
  • 3 large size chooped onion
  • Chopped ginger 3 tablespoon
  • Chopped garlic 3 tablespoon
  • Cholled green chillies according to taste
  • salt to taste
  • oil
  • Black paper 1/2 teaspoon
  • Soy souce 1 tablespoon
  • chilli souce 2 tablespoon
  • tomato souce 4 tablespoon
  • Balsamic vinegar 1 tablespoon

How to make Meatball Manchurian

  1. Take grind meat & add chopped onion, green chilli, ginger, garlic, salt, all purpose flour & corn flour in to it. & make small size balls. Keep aside.
  2. Now make a smooth paste of all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, black paper powder & water.
  3. Then heat oil in a deep bottom pan. Add the meat balls in to the smooth paste & fry them in hot oil in low flame. Fry all the meatballs in same proccess & keep aside.
  4. Now heat some oil in another pan. Add chopped ginger, garlic & onion & saute for sometimes.
  5. Then add pinch of salt, chilli souce, soy souce, tomato souce & vinegar & stire well in low flame.
  6. When the proccess is done add the meat balls in it. Stire for sometimes & serve with rice.
