  6. 2 CUPS OF SLICED POTATOES
  7. 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  8. 1/4 CUP CHOPPED TOMATOES
  9. SALT

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 CUP WATER, 1 TSP OIL IN A PRESSURE COOKER
  2. ADD 1 TSP CUMIN SEEDS, 1 CUP SLICED ONIONS
  3. ADD 2 CUPS OF SLICED POTATOES
  4. ADD 1 TSP TURMERIC POWDER, SALT TO TASTE, PRESSURE COOK UPTO 2 WHISTLES ON HIGH HEAT
  5. ADD 1 CUP SLICED CAPSICUM, 1/4 CUP CHOPPED TOMATOES, SAUTE
  6. ADD 1/4 CUP WATER
  7. PRESSURE COOK ON HIGH HEAT FOR 1 WHISTLE
  8. QUICK & EASY SABZI IS READY, SERVE HOT
