Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 grams arbi(colocasia)
  2. 1/2 tsp rock salt
  3. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  4. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  5. 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
  6. 1 tbsp chopped mint and curry leaves
  7. Oil for deep fry
  8. Water as required to cook arbi

Instructions

  1. PRESSURE COOK 200 GMS COLCASSIA UPTO 2 WHISTLES, DRAIN & PEEL OFF THE SKIN
  2. DEEP FRY THE COLCASSIA
  3. FLIP & FRY UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  4. DRAIN ON TISSUE PAPER
  5. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL, ADD 1/2 TSP EACH OF AMCHUR, CUMIN & RED CHILLI POWDERS & ROCK SALT
  6. STIR BRISKLY FOR 1 MINUTE
  7. ADD THE FRIED COLCASSIA, SAUTE FOR 2 MINS TILL IT GETS COATED IN THE MASALA
  8. DELCIOUS SABZI IS READY, SERVE HOT WITH FALAHARI ROTI / POORI / PARANTHA / RICE
