Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup of shredded or chopped cabbage
  2. 1 cup of chopped Carrot, capsicum, onions
  3. 2 boiled potatoes mashed
  4. 2 TB sp ginger chillies paste
  5. 1 /2tspn pepper
  6. 1/2 garam masala (optional)
  7. Green garlic chopped 2 tspn
  8. salt as per taste
  9. Wheat flour as needed

Instructions

  1. MIX ALL THE VEGGIES & SEASONING
  2. ADD 1.5-2 CUPS WHEAT FLOUR, KNEAD INTO A DOUGH
  3. SMEAR 1-2 TSP OIL ON DOUGH
  4. TAKE SMALL BALLS OF DOUGH, DUST WITH FLOUR
  5. ROLL OUT A ROTI
  6. GRILL ON A HOT, GREASED TAVA
  7. FLIP & COOK TILL GOLDEN BROWN, BRUSH OIL
  8. SERVE HOT
