Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower florets 2 cups
  2. cornflour 1 tablespoon
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Kashmiri red chilly powder 1 teaspoon
  5. Schezwan sauce 2 teapoon
  6. Soya sauce 1 tablespoon
  7. Water little
  8. Vertically chopped capsicums 1
  9. Vertically chopped tomato 2
  10. Vertically chopped onion 1
  11. tomato sauce 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. ADD SOYA SAUCE TO CORNFLOUR AND ADD LITTLE WATER ALSO. MIX IT WELL
  2. PREPARE LUMP FREE MIXTURE
  3. VERTICALLY CHOP CAPSICUMS, ONION, AND TOMATO
  4. ADD CAULIFLOWER FLORETS INTO CORNFLOUR MIXTURE
  5. KEEP IT ASIDE FOR SOME TIME
  6. HEAT SUFFICIENT OIL
  7. AND DEEP FRY MARINATED CAULIFLOWER FLORETS TILL GOLDEN
  8. HEAT 1 TABLESPOON OF OIL IN SEPARATE PAN AND ADD CHOPPED VEGGIES. SAUTE LITTLE
  9. ADD FRIED FLORETS AND REMAINING MARINADE ALSO
  10. MIX WELL ON HIGH HEAT FOR SOMETIME
  11. SERVE HOT IMMEDIATELY
  12. SPRINKLE SOME CORIANDER LEAVES AND SPRING ONION
