Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1 cup boiled moong
  2. 1/2 cup chop onion
  3. 1/2 cup chop tomato
  4. 2 green chilli
  5. 1 tsp chop ginger
  6. 5-6 curry leaves
  7. 2 tbsp oil
  8. 1 tsp jeera
  9. Salt as per taste
  10. 1/2 tsp haldi
  11. 1 tsp coriander powder
  12. Coriander leaves
  13. 1 lemon's juice
  14. For puris----
  15. 1.5 cup wheat flour
  16. 1/2 cup beetroot puree
  17. 1/2 tsp carrom seeds
  18. Salt as per taste
  19. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. ADD FLOUR AND BEET PUREE
  2. AND SALT
  3. ADD CARROM SEEDS
  4. AND MAKE A TIGHT DOUGH FOR PURIS
  5. HEAT OIL AND ADD CURRY LEAVES
  6. JEERA AND ONION
  7. SAUTE ONION
  8. ADD GINGER
  9. AND CHILLI
  10. ADD PARBOILED MOONG
  11. SALT HALDI AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  12. AND CORIANDER POWDER
  13. ADD TOMATOAND LEMON JUICE SQUEEZE LEMON JUICE
  14. MAKE PURIS OF BEETROOT AND FRY THEM
