Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Banana 2
  2. Desiccated coconut 1 cup
  3. All purpose flour 250g
  4. Powdered sugar 200+30g
  5. Baking soda ¼ tsp
  6. Baking powder ¾ tsp
  7. Egg 2
  8. Salt  1 pinch
  9. Vannila essence 1 tsp
  10. Vegetable oil 30ml
  11. Butter 2 tsp
  12. For making chocolate
  13. Cocoa powder 1 tsp
  14. Oil 1 tsp
  15. Milk powder 5 tsp
  16. Powdered sugar 5 tsp


  1. In a bowl beat eggs and add salt mix well
  2. Then add vannila essence, oil, butter ( room temperature) mix well
  3. Another bowl add all purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda and mix well
  4. Then slowly add it to the egg bowl and mix well
  5. For caramel In a pan add 30g sugar little water and cook for 5 min  
  6. Switch off the flame when it comes to one string consistency
  7. In butter greased baking tray place the chopped banana slices Then add prepared caramel
  8. Add desiccated coconut
  9. Add prepared cake batter Set well
  10. Bake it for 45 to 1 hour
  11. For chocolate In a pan add cocoa powder, sugar, oil, milk powder and mix well to make smooth thick batter ( you can also add butter  Add desiccated coconut and mould it Freeze it for 30 to 60 min Then use it for decoration...
