Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. For caramel sauce
  2. 1/2 cup.granulated sugar
  3. 2 tbsp warm amul fresh cream
  4. 1 tbsp buttet
  5. For cake
  6. 3 bananas
  7. Few walnut kernels
  8. 1 cup maida
  9. 1 tsp.baking powder
  10. 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  11. 2 egg
  12. 3/4 th cup powdered sugar
  13. 2 tbsp butter
  14. 1 tbsp oil


  1. For caramel melt sugar in a non stick pan.
  2. When sugar is completely melted and start changing colour add warm cream and mix well.
  3. Then add butter and mix well .
  4. Let it cool down
  5. Line a baking tin .
  6. Toast walnuts in pan.
  7. Cut one.banana in.round slices
  8. First pour. Caramel sauce in lined tin.
  9. Now arrange sliced banana and walnut in alternative circle.
  10. Now for cake batter beat sugar, butter and.oil.
  11. To this add vanilla essence and remaining chopped banana and beat
  12. Now sieve Maida and baking powder and mix well
  13. Then add choco chip rolled in flour to batter and mix well
  14. Pour this batter over arranged walnut and banana
  15. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degree for 40 mins or till it is done
  16. Cool on the cooling rack .
  17. After cooling invert the mould
  18. Slice it after cooling.
