I have used left over pav bhaji for this kachori...easy to make but tasty & kids love it a lot.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Left over pav bhaji...2bowl
  2. Multigrain wheat...2cup
  3. Semolina...1/4cup
  4. Beetroot paste...4tspn
  5. spinach paste...4tspn
  6. salt to taste
  7. oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix wheat flour,salt, a tspn oil & required water to make dough.
  2. Make two different colour dough using beetroot paste & spinach paste.
  3. Heat 1tspn oil in a pan & add the left over pav bhaji in it.Make it almost dry.
  4. Now take a small portion from beetroot dough,slightly roll it, put 2tspn pav bhaji mixture in it & wrap it well.Flatten it by using your hand or a roller pin.
  5. Similarly have to make the green puris.
  6. Roll out all the pooris.
  7. Then deep fry it in medium to low flame & serve hot with any sauce.
