I have used left over pav bhaji for this kachori...easy to make but tasty & kids love it a lot.

Left over pav bhaji...2bowl
Multigrain wheat...2cup
Semolina...1/4cup
Beetroot paste...4tspn
spinach paste...4tspn
salt to taste
oil for frying
Instructions
Mix wheat flour,salt, a tspn oil & required water to make dough.
Make two different colour dough using beetroot paste & spinach paste.
Heat 1tspn oil in a pan & add the left over pav bhaji in it.Make it almost dry.
Now take a small portion from beetroot dough,slightly roll it, put 2tspn pav bhaji mixture in it & wrap it well.Flatten it by using your hand or a roller pin.
Similarly have to make the green puris.
Roll out all the pooris.
Then deep fry it in medium to low flame & serve hot with any sauce.
