Does the name pulled apart make you curious. Well, boiled chicken meat is literally pulled apart with fingers or fork and then cooked with various sauces of your choice and then stuffed and toasted and served. It is so simple to make and so delicious that you will have to make it to believe me.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 chicken breast
  2. 3 tbsp BBQ sauce. Use any combination of sauce as per your liking
  3. ½ cup water
  4. Salt to taste
  5. 2 tbsp garlic chopped
  6. Bread slices

Instructions

  1. Boil chicken in water for 10-12 minutes.
  2. Strain the water and allow it to cook down before you start pulling it apart.
  3. Chop with a knife if you don’t want to use your finger.
  4. Put in a pan. Add chopped garlic, bbq sauce, salt to taste and water.
  5. Cook again on medium low flame till water is all absorbed and chicken is nicely soaked in the sauce. That’s its..
