Soft and smooth textured ice cream with lotus stem dry dates and raisins.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lotus stem pealed chopped 1cup
  2. Dry dates chopped 1/4cup
  3. Raisins 2tbsp
  4. Milk 2cups
  5. Cream 1/4cup
  6. Sugar to taste
  7. Vanilla essence few drops
  8. Chocolate sauce (optional)for garnish
  9. Roasted almonds chopped 1tbsp


  1. Add pieces of lotus stem dry dates raisins and milk in a vessel
  2. Cook it for 5mins Turn off the gas leave it for 20-30mins.
  3. Now take this mixture in a blender jar add cream sugar and vanilla essence
  4. Blend it for 3-4minuts and make a smooth paste
  5. Pour this mixture in an airtight box and freeze it for 4-5hours
  6. Before serving garnish it with chocolate sauce and chopped almonds
