Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Potato- 4
  2. Cauliflower- 1 cup chopped
  3. Cabbage- 1/4 cup chopped
  4. Green peas-1/2cup
  5. Carrot- 1 chopped
  6. Capsicum- 2 fine chopped
  7. Ginger garlic green chilly paste- 2tablespoons
  8. Onion- 3 fine chopped
  9. Tomato- 3-4 chopped
  10. Butter-3tablespoons
  11. Red chilly powder- 1teaspoon
  12. Turmaric powder- 1/4teaspoon
  13. Pav bhaji masala- 3teaspoon
  14. Coriander leaves
  15. Salt to taste
  16. Cumin seeds- 1teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Wash the all veggies nicely.
  2. Now add chopped cauliflower, Carrot, peas,Cabbage, Potato in a pressure cooker and water and pressure cook it till 4 to 5 whistle
  3. When pressure settle down open the cooker and mash the veggies with potato masher.
  4. Now heat butter in a wok or tawa add cumin seeds and splutter them.
  5. Now add ginger garlic green chilly paste and saute for a minute.
  6. Now add chopped onion and saute them till light pink in colour.
  7. Now add chopped tomatoes and cook till tomatoes are soften and oil separated.
  8. Now add chopped capsicum. Don't cook the capsicum till very soft. Little crunchy is alright.
  9. Now add red chilly powder, turmaric powder, pav bhaji masala and salt.
  10. Now add boiled and mashed veggies with veggies stock And mix very well.
  11. Now cook on slow flam for 8 to 10 minutes..
