Ingredients to make Mani kozhukatta

  • Raw rice flour 1 cup
  • Boiling water to knead
  • salt
  • red chilly 3 numbers
  • mustard seeds 2 teaspoon
  • Urud dal 1 teaspoon
  • curry leaves

How to make Mani kozhukatta

  1. Knead flour like roti dough
  2. Make small balls
  3. Steam cook
  4. In a kadai add oil mustard seed,urud dal,red chilly, curry leaves fry it
  5. Add Mani kozhukatta and roast for 2 minutes
  6. Serve it hot
