Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 5/6 table spoon motor dal
  2. 2cup fine chopped banana cone
  3. 2 spoon gram flour
  4. Teste wise salt,suger,pinch of turmeric powder.
  5. 1 pcs boil potato
  6. Choped ginger,gerlic,chilli(1/2 spoon each)
  7. Gorom masala powder
  8. Oil for fry


  1. Soak motor dal for 4/5 hours..then paste it.
  2. boil 2 cup fine choped banana cone
  3. Make a batter with gram flour,salt,sugar.
  4. Now mix that dal paste,boil bananacone,boil potato, chopped,ginger,gerlic,chilli,salt, suger,gorom masala powder.
  5. And mix it very well and make a dough.
  6. Now take some portion of it and make a shape of cutlet.
  7. Now heat white oil.dip that cutlet in that batter and deep fry till it become golden brown.
  8. Motordal,bananacone cutlet is ready.
