We all know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, so go ahead and make sure you start your day feeling like a star. And what better way to make you feel like a celeb than to eat like one?

1. Narendra Modi

It seems that our beloved PM is a true Gujarati at heart, those close to him reveal that he loves Gujarati food. His breakfast includes simple Gujarati breakfast dishes like Dhokla, Khakra etc but, his favourite remains the simple and hearty Gujarati Khichdi.

2. Virat Kohli

The Delhi boy works really hard in the gym and eats what is right. His breakfast consists of his favourite foods – Lamb chops or Salmon and fresh fruits. He has a particular liking for sea food and loves to experiment with preparations while he is travelling.

3. Priyanka Chopra

Priyanka is a true-blue Punjabi kudi. She eats simple homemade food everyday and never says no to a paratha. Her breakfast is anything that comes her way, aloo paratha, egg whites or oats. “Eat what you like, as long as you knock off those extra calories at the gym.” Says PC.

4. Salman Khan

If you want a body like Bhai’s, you have to eat like Bhai but, can you? Our Dabbang Khan starts his day with eggs, mix vegetables, chapatis and low-fat-milk. That is one heavy duty breakfast!

5. Adityanath Yogi

Uttar Pradesh chief minister Aditya Nath Yogi’s breakfast platter includes apple, daliya and chhach (buttermilk). He likes sattvik food and lives a disciplined life. Yogi gets up early and begins his day with meditation and yoga.

6. Alia Bhatt

Did you know that Alia was quite fat before joining Bollywood and had to actually lose 16Kgs in a span of just 3 months to get her amazing figure? She prefers to start her day with fresh vegetable juice or sometimes a bowl of poha or a simple vegetable sandwich.

7. Ranbir Kapoor

The Kapoors are known for their love for food! However Ranbir’s breakfast usually comprises of 3 egg whites, protein shake and almonds.
Ranbir, you can follow your dad’s footsteps when it comes to that exploding waistline later. For now, just maintain that Rockstar physique!

8. Akshay Kumar

At 49, Akshay Kumar is one of the fittest Bollywood stars around, undeniably he’s getting better with age. Surprisingly he starts his day with a heavy meal of parathas and a glass of milk followed by fresh fruits.
