5 Superfoods to Stop Hair Fall!

Has it ever happened with you that you got up from a sound sleep in the morning and the sight of hair on the pillow swept you off your feet? It is said that at least 100 hair fall in a day, but when they are more than 100, then it is better to become cautious and take some action. Fortunately, a slight change in your diet can solve your difficulties forever. There are certain super foods which can be of great help. Let’s see which are the 5 super foods that can help reduce hair fall: 

1) Nuts

Walnuts and almonds are the treasures of nutrients, especially biotin, omega-3, 6 fatty acids, vitamin B, along with many proteins and magnesium- all of which give strength to the hair. If you include a handful of nuts in your diet, then your hair will become thick and long in a very short duration.

 

2) Quinoa

Unlike popular beliefs, quinoa is not a grain but a seed. If you are searching for a super food for your hair, in which all 9 amino acids are present, it is quinoa. This super food gives nourishment not only to the hair but also to the scalp. The hydrolyzed proteins present in it prevent split ends and the Vitamin E prevents hair loss.

 

3) Eggs and Dairy Products

Loaded with proteins, these super foods take care of both hair thickness and hair strength. Many nutrients such as vitamin B 12, omega 6 fatty acids, iron and zinc are found in curd, milk and eggs. If all these are not enough, then let me tell you that dairy products contain biotin which prevents hair fall. 

 

4) Spinach

5) Strawberry

The main reason for adding strawberries to your diet is to prevent hair from becoming thin. The acidic acid present in the strawberries provides power to the hair roots, which does not break the hair. Strawberries also contain folic acid,  Vitamin B 6 and Vitamin B 5.
