New variant alert!! Yes, that’s right. There is news of new variants coming every now and then. But this is unlike any other we have come across so far. Don’t hold your breath, we are not talking about a virus. The internet is filled with variants of our beloved food items and one such variant is now spreading rapidly on social media.
Recently, a food blogger and YouTuber Vishali Khurana posted on her Instagram page @vishalikhurana_ a video of her trying the new kabab golgappe.
In this video, she can be seen keeping aside a plate of our typical golgappa and being served with kebab golgappe. Her expression suggested the delight and satisfaction she received from this wholesome treat. A creamy kebab garnished with raw onions and filled with spicy aloo stuffing is a sight enough to make your mouth water.

However, with over 755k views, 35k likes, and several hundred comments on this video paints a completely different picture. People are conspicuously unhappy about this new trend with their favorite street food. Comments about this new dish clearly indicate how heartbroken some people are. One such person commented- “Golgappe ka taste to mt bigado yrr rahem kro uspe 1 hi to fav street food hai :’( :’(” and another says “Kyu golgappe ka swad bigad rahe ho…”
According to the people,”the original is the best” and that may be true. But we want to know what you think about this new kabab golgappe. Would you dare eat it?
