1. Spinach leaves – 1 cup
2. Fenugreek leaves – 1 cup
3. Onion – 1
4. Potato – 2
5. Green chilli – 2
6. Carom seeds – ¼ tsp
7. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
8. Chilli powder – ½ tsp
9. Asafoetida – ¼ tsp
10. Salt – according to taste
11. Cumin powder – ¼ tsp
12. Coriander powder – ½ tsp
13. Gram flour – 1¼ tsp
14. Oil
15. Baking soda
16. Water
Now, follow this easy mix pakoda recipe and enjoy your evening snack time.
1. Take a bowl and add spinach leaves and fenugreek leaves in it.
2. Next, also add chopped onion, potatoes and chilli to this bowl.
3. Now, add the spices and garam masala in the bowl which includes carom seeds, turmeric powder, chilli powder, asafoetida, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder and gram flour.
4. When you mix all the ingredients, the batter is ready. Then, add water depending on the consistency of the batter. Also, add a pinch of baking soda to the batter.
5. Next, deep fry this batter and obtain a crispy mix pakoda.
