1) Hand and Chin
Place your fist under your chin and press it upwards.
Place your tongue below your lower teeth and resist the force that is given by your hands.
Hold for 20-30 minutes in this position and then release.
This works on the jawline and tones the muscles.
Repeat 5 to 10 times after a short break.

2) Chin Lift
Imagine that you need to reach the ceiling using your lower lips.
Stand straight, tilt your head and look up.
Using your lower lips, try to reach the ceiling.
Hold there for 5-10 seconds and then release.
Repeat this 2-3 times in intervals.

3) X’s and O’s
Simply while watching your favorite TV series or while cooking, repeat the terms X and O.
Make sure you say the letter X with your mouth wide open, and move your facial muscles enough while saying the letter. Repeat the same for the letter O.
Repeat 10-20 times.

4) Pencil Holding
Hold a pencil in your mouth and close your mouth tightly.
Try writing your name in the air, slowly and steadily keeping your head erect.
This moves the muscles surrounding your jawline and helps to reduce the fat.
Do this for a minimum of three minutes.

5) Air-Filled Mouth
Inhale some air into your mouth and hold it in.
Use your hands to cover your cheeks, till your ears.
Now simply work against your cheeks and create resistance.
Hold for a few seconds and then release.
Repeat.
