Nargis Fakhri’s 21-Days Long Water Fast Challenge Has Many Health Benefits!

The famed actress, Nargis Fakhri is also a hardcore foodie who loves exploring different cuisines. She shares a lot of food pictures on Instagram to keep her fans updated. Recently, she shared an Instagram story where she revealed how she is planning to take a 21-days long water fast challenge.

Through her Instagram story, Nargis Fakhri gave a glimpse of how she enjoyed a delicious meal just before starting the water fast. She captioned this meal as: “pretty sad final meal”. In one of her stories, we can also see her eating fresh fruits and veggies just before starting this 21-days long water fast. Nargis Fakhri also updated her fans about the first day of this water fast and said: “There seem to be many health benefits when you fast … Your body regenerates on a cellular level”. 

For those who don’t know, water fast is the period when you consume only water. From aiding weight loss to regulating blood pressure, the benefits of water fast are many. However, we recommend you seek the advice of a medical practitioner before indulging in the water fast as sometimes it may also lead to some side effects.
