Overnight Beauty Tips to Swear By!

Believe it or not, when you are sleeping your body is busy repairing and rejuvenating all the damage that it has encountered throughout the day. So here is a list of things that you can do to get overnight beauty; try them and thank us later: 

1) Apply some Castor Oil to your Eyelashes

Clean an empty mascara tube, fill it with some castor oil and apply it using the brush on your eyelashes before you go to bed. Castor oil has omega 6 which moisturizes your eyelashes. This helps in their growth and strengthens them. You can apply this to your eyebrows also.


2) Exfoliate your Lips

To get the perfect pout, you really need to follow this easy tip. Exfoliate your lips and put some almond oil on them. This will hydrate your lips and give them a stunning glow. Using this tip twice a week will give you amazing results.


3) Oil up your Nails

Using any oil with Vitamin E, preferably castor or coconut oil, massage your nails for some time before you go to sleep. While you are sleeping off in peace, this will strengthen your nails and soften your cuticles. When you wake up the next morning, you will find a distinct shine over your nails as well.


4) Use a Sleep Mask

Generally, we don’t want to wait for 30 minutes after applying a face mask. Overnight sleep masks come to your rescue. They can be easily applied and left overnight. While you are busy dozing off, they work to repair your skin and give you that flawless glow. There are plenty of overnight masks available in the market. Go grab one!


5) Loosely Tie your Hair

Make a loose braid by tying your hair. Don’t make the braid too tight. This will protect your hair by avoiding locks and knots. And when you get up in the morning, your hair will appear like beautiful loose waves. If you don’t like curls, then go for a bun instead of a loose braid.


6) Spray some Rose Water

If you are vexed with dry skin, spray some rose water before you go to bed. It is advised that you should keep a bottle of rose water handy. You can also use a humidifier in winters which will keep the skin moist. When you sleep with rose water on your face and a humidifier on, you will wake up with plump and soft skin.


7) By Using Glycerin

Pour 250 ml of glycerine in a bowl. Add some fresh lime juice to it. Put this solution in a bottle and keep the bottle near your bed. Now, every night before you go to sleep, take this solution in your palms and massage it in a circular way over your face. This will nourish and revitalize your skin.
