1. Grated Paraboiled Potato – 2 cups
2. Chopped Garlic – 2 tbsp
3. Chilli Flakes – 1 tbsp
4. Salt – according to the taste
5. Pepper powder – ½ tsp
6. Cornstarch – ¼ cup
7. Water – according to the need
8. Oil
1. Take a bowl and add grated parboiled potatoes to it.
2. Then, add chopped garlic, chilli flakes, salt, pepper powder, cornstarch and water.
3. Mix all the ingredients together and add water to it to make the perfect batter of garlic potato pops
4. Then, coat the round-shaped garlic potato pops in corn starch.
5. Next, heat some oil in the pan. Then, deep fry the garlic potato pops in it.
6. Finally, enjoy garlic potato chops with sauce or chutney.
