1) Bell Pepper, Oatmeal, and Honey
Chop half a bell pepper and blend it with one teaspoon of honey, milk, and oatmeal. Apply this paste on your face and allow it to rest for twenty minutes before you go to bed. Wash the pack off with warm water and wipe it with a clean towel. Apply this mask twice a week to get a firmer skin.
Why does this work? Bell pepper promotes collagen levels and fights wrinkles, honey is a natural moisturizer and milk contains vitamin B that takes care of your skin. Oatmeal repairs damaged skin.
2) Papaya Face Mask
Papaya is a simple and easy to use an ingredient that is extremely beneficial in fighting wrinkles. Make a paste of this fruit and apply it on your face. Before going to bed you can apply this one ingredient face mask all over your face and neck and leave it overnight. Wash that pack off the next day with warm water. Apply the mask thrice a week to get rid of wrinkles.
Why does this work? Papaya contains carotenoids which help in fighting loose skin and wrinkles. Papain present in papaya also helps in getting rid of dead skin cells.
3) Potato and Apple Mask
Take two medium sized potatoes, chop them and blend them with a chopped apple. Make it into a paste. Apply this mixture on your face and neck and allow it to stay for 30 minutes. This will not only work on your wrinkles but will also refresh your skin and make it glow.
Why does this work? Potatoes contain a bleaching enzyme that brightens skin, reduces pores, tightens the skin layers and soothes any burns, thereby making your skin look healthy.
4) Apple and Honey Mask
Take one apple, boil it in water and let it cool. After removing the seeds, mash it to a paste and add a teaspoon of honey and milk to it. Apply this paste on your face and neck and leave it for 15 minutes. Rinse it off with cool water.
Why does this work? Apple is rich in collagen, which reduces wrinkles and generates melanin, which helps to lighten your skin color.
5) Almond and Milk Mask
Soak 10 almonds in a bowl of whole milk and leave it overnight. Next, blend the almonds with a ¼ cup of whole milk and create a paste. Apply this paste on your face and leave it overnight. Wash it off next morning and pat your face dry with a clean towel.
Why does this work? The combination of almonds and milk helps to fight wrinkles by producing enough collagen as they are rich in vitamin E, antioxidants, folic acid and hydroxy acids.
