Because of its mildly nutty flavor, Chia work well with both sweet and savory dishes. They also make you feel fuller since they absorb 10 times their weight in water, but they also reduce food cravings. 1. Guilt-Free Pudding

Combine milk with chia seeds, it cannot get any easier! Start your day or make a dessert. Use 1 cup milk with 3 tablespoons chia seeds, mix well, and refrigerate overnight. Mix in some fruits, nuts, chocolate shavings and spices.

2. Super Charged Smoothie

3. Protein Packed Dessert

6. Use it as a garnish

The easiest one is for the last! Salads and soups are just some of the great places to add in extra nutrition. Sprinkle chia seedsgenerously to get a boost of omega-3s, protein and fiber.
