Ever Heard of ‘Fried Kulhad Momos’? It’s trending already!

After the most loved Kulhad Wali Chai, comes the bizarre new dish that a desi vendor in East Delhi’s Krishna Nagar is seen selling recently. 

Wondering about it’s ingredients and how it is made, it is no different from following the normal recipe of making fried momos and tossing them into a rich sauce of mayonnaise, two sauces, and seasoning in a batch of fried momos. 

To add a tinch of more taste, he also added chopped onions, chopped capsicum and sweet corn to add that extra aroma and make it look delicious. 

The final delectable momos are served hot in an earthen pot loaded with cheese and garnished with seasonings which is popularly called as “kulhad”
