Do you ever have those days when all you want to do is snacking and binge eating? Usually, this results in reaching for whatever is convenient, not minding what goes in the mouth. This can be a slippery slope, especially if you’re trying to lose weight or maintain a healthy weight. Too many of the wrong snacks can easily increase your daily calorie intake However you choose to chill, here’s a list of foods to binge on while you’re trying to shed off that fat and enjoy without any guilt.


1.Apples and Apple Chips

An apple a day does more than keeping the doctor away, it also allows you to snack all day without gaining weight. It has a lot of fibre which makes you feel full for a longer period. You can even binge on some apple chips and have the comforts of fall in a light, crisp package, and a host of nutritional benefits.


2.Eggs and Sausages

Eggs and sausages, an extremely protein-rich meal for breakfast make you feel fuller right away, no matter how big your appetite is. Munching on eggs not only allows you to reap these health benefits, but it also boosts weight loss.

When done right,  popcorn can be a tasty snack you can pop all day long. They don’t spoil your diet. The popped kernels themselves aren’t the problem – it’s the toppings (thickbutter) that can get you into trouble. So, make yourself some guilt-free popcorn , popped in coconut oil and sprinkled with just enough chili pepper and lime juice to add an explosion of flavor.


4.Cucumbers and Cucumber Chips


Cucumbers also have three health benefits that prevent weight gain while binge eating them. Cucumbers have high water content and contain fiber to help keep you full. You can make delicious cucumber chips seasoned only with spices, or just plain salt and vinegar. Baked until crisp, you can eat a lot of these chips without worrying about blowing your calories for the day.


5.Cranberry Juice


An excellent antioxidant topped with high amounts of Vitamin C, it helps the body get rid of excess fluids through excretion. Have a glass in the morning before starting your day for best results!

If it’s the fat you’re worried about, you should know that fish contains healthy dard. Just stay away from fried fish. Fish may be healthy, but when you load it up in extra calories and frying oil, you undo the health benefits.

For those of you with an insatiable craving for desserts, this is for you! It contains way less fat than most deserts and calms down your hunger after it as well,  for long periods of time.
