1 banana thinly sliced
Almond Butter (2 tablespoons)
Unsweetened Almond Milk (2 cups)
Honey (2 tablespoons)
Old Fashioned Oatmeal (1 cup)
Mix almond milk with oatmeal and heat the mixture so that the liquid is absorbed. Add some butter, banana slices and leave the mixture for drying. As the dish is ready, serve it in bowls with banana slices used as toppings and drizzle some honey on it for a delicious taste.

Organic all-purpose flour (three-fourths cup)
Baking soda (half tablespoon)
1 Egg
Quick oats (2 cups)
Raisins (1 cup)
Vanilla extract (1 tablespoon)
Sea salt (one-fourth tablespoon)
Light Brown sugar (1 cup)
Unsweetened apple sauce (half cup)
Unsalted butter (2 tablespoons)
Cinnamon (1 tablespoon)
Create a mixture of cinnamon, flour, salt and baking soda in a small bowl. Whip sugar and butter in a large bowl. Then, add vanilla and egg to it. Add one-third water and apple sauce to it. Next, add the flour mixture to it and mix it thoroughly to form a homogenous mixture. When the mixture is prepared, add raisins and oats to it and mix it completely. Refrigerate the mixture for a minimum of 15 minutes. Later, bake the mixture in small cookies for 15 minutes till it turns brown. Finally, your yummy cookies are ready to be served as a morning meal.

Almond milk (2 cups)
