Here Is Ranveer Brar’s Easiest Potato Recipe Tutorial

Through his Instagram page @ranveer.brar shared just the perfect potato recipe for you.Ranveer Brar

All the ingredients you need to make potato tornado chaat for 2 people :

For Frying Potato Tornado

2 medium potatoes

2 wooden skewers

Water

Salt to taste

For Dry Green Chutney

1 small bunch coriander leaves

2-3 fresh green chillies

Salt to taste

½ cup roasted chana dal

1 tsp dried mango powder

½ tsp cumin powder

For Curd

1 cup curd

Salt to taste

For Chaat

1 tsp tamarind chutney

1 tsp dry green chutney

A pinch degi red chilli powder

A pinch roasted cumin powder

Mint leaves

Onion rings

Coriander leaves

Lucknowi masala

Pomegranate pearls

Process to make potato tornado chaat :

For Frying Potato Tornado

1. Cut the potatoes in tornado shape with the help of a wooden skewer and knife.

2. Put in the mixture of salt and water for 5-10.

3. Deep fry them in medium hot oil until half done.

4. Fry it a second time in medium high hot oil until golden brown and crispy, before serving.

For Dry Green Chutney and Curd

1. In a grinder jar add coriander leaves, green chillies, tasted chana dal, dried mango powder, cumin powder and grind it into a fine powder.

2. Mix curd in a bowl with salt, powdered and sugar

3. Keep aside for further use.

Assembling Chaat : 

1. In a serving plate spread curd, place the fried potato, add some tamarind chutney, sprinkle some dry green chutney, degi red chilli powder, roasted, cumin powder.

2. Then garnish with mint leaves, coriander leaves, onion rings, lucknavi masala and pomegranate pearls, serve immediately.
