Just as a strong building can be built only on a properly laid foundation, similarly a healthy diet helps to strengthen our body. Kareena Kapoor Khan’s dietician Rujuta Diwekar also believes this and this time she has given a “Diet Chart” that keeps you healthy under any circumstances.
Summers are here and Rujuta has given an 8 meal Diet chart that will help us to maintain and reduce our weight. This, in turn, will make us more slim and attractive. According to her new diet chart, you do not have to force yourself to go to the gym but follow a healthy 8-meal diet plan, which will give you beautiful skin and a healthy body.
