PCOD or Polycystic Ovarian Disease is a medical condition that many women suffer from. From fitness to lifestyle, everything gets affected due to this medical condition and many celebrities too have shared some tips to overcome the problems of PCOD. Masaba Gupta is one such celebrity who recently shared how to keep PCOD in check. 

Masaba Gupta, who is a fashion designer by profession, and the only daughter of actor Neena Gupta and former cricketer Viv Richards, is inspiring at many levels. Her fans are not only curious about her designing skills but also were eager to know more about Masaba’s diet plan. Masaba admits how fans have been requesting her to share her diet plans and tips to keep PCOD in check. So, here is what Masaba has to say about it.

Masaba is of the opinion that there are some lifestyle rules that she never changes for anyone. Here are some tips that Masaba shares about how lifestyle and diet plan has helped her to keep PCOD in check.

Diet Plan

1.  Masaba never cuts on any food. Thus, she never follows the Fad Diet and tries to eat everything in moderation. Cutting dairy products gave Masaba a lot of acne, so she eats yoghurt to maintain the balance.

2. She next reveals how she changes her diet according to the weather. If she is in cold places like the hills, she eats 3 meals a day and when she stays in warmer places like Mumbai, she eats only 2 meals.

3. She never eats after sunset and only prefers drinking water.

Lifestyle Changes

1. Masaba fasts for 16 hours a day for 5 days a week. This is similar to adopting the 16:8 rule of Intermittent Fasting.

2. Next, she makes sure to work out before eating anything. She follows this 6 days a week.

3. Masaba also shared how she always sleeps between 10:00 PM to 10:30 PM and wakes up by 07:00 AM.

4. She also prefers eating home-cooked meals. And even requests her fan to satiate their burger craving by making them at home. You can follow our burger recipe for having a delightful time without affecting your health.
