He revealed that he eats lots of vegetables like spinach to keep his body healthy. In addition to it, he also eats eggs, dal, fruits, and quinoa. Kohli also shared how he likes eating dosa as it is one of the healthy foods. Besides, he always prefers eating home-cooked Indian food and occasionally eats Chinese delicacies too. And when it comes to beverages he admits drinking 2 cups of coffee a day. He nourishes his body with proteins and other nutrients by eating almonds and protein bars.
