1. Boiled Potatoes – 4
2. Oil – 5 tbsp
3. Onion – 1
4.Ginger – 1 tsp
5. Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp
6. Green chilli – 4
7. Lemon juice – 2 tsp
8. Black pepper – 2 tsp
9. Cumin seeds – 3 tsp
10. Fennel seeds – 2 tsp
11. Carom seeds – ¼ tsp
12. Coriander seeds – 1 tsp
13. Salt – according to taste
14. Sugar – 1 tsp
15. Mango powder – 2 tsp
16. Red chilli powder – 2 tsp
1. Take a frying pan and heat oil in it. Add pepper, cumin seeds, fennel seeds, carom seeds and coriander seeds and let it roast.
2. Keep this mixture on a plate and let it cool down.
3. Grind these spices in a mixer grinder. Next, add salt, sugar, mango powder and red chilli powder to it.
4. Next, heat oil in a frying pan and add boiled potatoes to it. Deep fry the boiled potatoes until they turn golden brown and crisp.
5. Take a bowl and add fried potatoes, chopped onion, ginger and coriander leaves. Also, add lemon juice to it and mix them well.
6. Finally, enjoy this delicious chaat with your loved ones.
