Do’s And Don’ts To Prevent Post Covid-19 Hair Loss

Rujuta Diwekar shared the following 3 tips that you must follow if you too are dealing with Covid-19 hair loss. She reveals how rediscovering your own kitchen can help a lot instead of searching for numerous products in the market.

1. Eat about a teaspoon of makhan during your breakfast.

2. Include aliv ladoo in your daily diet.

3. Eat dal/rice ghee or paneer paratha for your dinner.

In addition to these, Rujuta also suggests not do the following 3 things:

1. She suggests that you should never skip breakfast.

2. Rujuta also tells you to not remove rice from your diet.

3. And finally, to deal with the post-Covid-19 hair fall, Rujuta urges never to sleep late.
