1. Paneer – 400 g
2. Green chilli – 2
3. Fresh coriander leaves
4. Mint leaves – 1 tbsp
5. Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
6. Salt – according to taste
7. Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
8. Cumin powder – 1 tsp
9. Red chilli powder – 1 tbsp
10. Amchur powder – 1 tsp
11. Garam masala powder – 1 tsp
12. Kasuri methi – 1 tsp
13. Mozzarella cheese – 1 cup
14. Oil
15. Charcoal
16. Ghee

1. First, grind some paneer in a mixer
2. Take a bowl and add crushed paneer to it.
3. Next, in a mixer, grind green chilli, fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves and ginger garlic paste. Add this mixture to the paneer.
4. Then, add salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder, amchur powder, garam masala powder, kasuri methi and cheese. Mix all of these ingredients properly.
5. Then, insert live charcoal in this container and add ghee to it. Cover the container and let it smoke for 2-3 minutes.
6. Next, take the bread slice and remove its corner. Soak the bread slices in water and squeeze out the extra water.
7. Then, stuff the tandoori paneer mixture inside the bread.
8. Heat some oil in a frying pan and deep fry the tandoori paneer roll from both sides.
9. Finally, enjoy the delicious tandoori paneer bread roll with sauce.
