Home / News Story / UK Based David Boyce Found A Whole Potato In His Chips Packet!
There have been several occasions where we have complained about our favourite snacks brands not matching the said standards or about the deteriorating quality for that matter. However, despite these complaints, we ultimately cannot give up eating those delicious chips.
Recently, a UK based man, Dr David Boyce bought a packet of chips to delight his taste buds. But, what he found after opening the packet has not only left him amazed but has even caught immense attention all over the Internet. This time it was not the bad quality or packaging issue that made us shocked but it was different. Boyce revealed that after opening the packet, what he found was a whole potato instead of crunchy chips. Boyce shared this picture on Twitter and wrote: “So I opened a bag of @KETTLEChipsUK today to find no crisps. Just a whole potato”. He even shared a picture of the potato along with the chip’s packet. Boyce in an interview said: “My mind went completely blank. At first, I thought how is this even in here? … and then I thought what a champion, this little guy is a survivor, the little potato that refused to be a crisp.”

After this picture went viral all over the Internet, there were varied responses from all. While some were shocked, there were others who shared similar experiences by sharing pictures. One of them even responded and said this is a new trend called DIY chips where one is supposed to use the potato to make chips for themselves. Hilarious? Isn’t it? Well, if you have ever faced a similar situation, then please share your experience with us in the comments below.
