Headaches in the initial stages:
Eliminating caffeine increases blood flow to the brain, which can cause headaches in some people. Caffeine consumption narrows blood vessels over time. But once you cut off caffeine for good, these blood vessels will open up increasing the blood flow. This sudden change can trigger withdrawal headaches as the brain adapts to the new blood flow
Your skin will improve:
When they abstain from caffeine, many people especially women feel the benefits of rehydration of skin. Try replacing coffee with water, you will see the glow quickly.
Your Dental Health will mend:

Caffeine erodes your teeth and stain enamel, causing a yellowish tint. Ditching coffee will lead to more brighter and confident smile!
You will feel less anxious:
While consuming caffeine can cause feelings of anxiousness, cutting it out can cause this side effect as well. Caffeine raises levels of adrenaline and stress hormones in your body. However, within a couple of weeks, you will start feeling calmer as your heart will stop racing with high caffeine levels.

Tremors:
For people who consume large amounts of caffeine daily, quitting it can also lead to tremors. However, it lasts only about 2 to 9 days.
Caffeine withdrawal can occur in anyone who regularly consumes caffeine. Thankfully, there are ways to reduce these symptoms, like cutting back on caffeine gradually, staying hydrated, getting plenty of sleep and finding ways to naturally boost your energy.
