Stats suggest that the normal and healthy range of blood pressure should remain between 120/80 mmHg to 139/89 mmHg, but its changes unremittingly and depends on our daily errands. But again, when the pressure starts to go up, then it indicates towards hypertension or high blood pressure. Diseases like Kidney disorder and heart-stroke are the core effects of high blood pressure.

Soups contains a high amount of sodium and salt that is harmful to you if you are suffering from hypertension. For the aid, you can buy “less salt or sodium” label soups.

7) Processed Cheese: 

Processed cheese holds a great amount of salt. The best choice is to avoid this item or can choose ones with no salt.

Despite the taste, bacon contains a high level of sodium and rapidly increases fat. So next time when you swallow it, remember this tip.

9) Canned Foods:

If you have inherited this food habit into your mind, then the time has come to exterminate it. Because canned foods are filled with salt, that helps you to increase your blood pressure.

10) Pickles: 

No doubt, pickles make the meal interesting but it also has a high amount of salt. 

So the suggestion is that if you want to live a long life, then completely avoid these food items and follow a proper diet for a fruitful future.
