4) Vitamin E Oil

Vitamin E is an antioxidant that helps repair damaged hair follicles and helps promote hair growth. Regularly massage the scalp with vitamin E oil. Th oil will not only nourish the roots of the hair but will also help prevent hair fall. The antioxidant properties present in Vitamin E oil improve the blood circulation in the roots of the hair.

 

5) Rice Water

Rice water has an ample amount of Vitamins and Proteins that nourish the hair and make it thick and strong. For this, soak half a cup of rice in two cups of water for a minute. After straining the rice, lightly massage the roots of your hair with this water and clean it with a mild shampoo after half an hour. By using this remedy two days a week, you will get visible results in a few weeks.
