1. Ghee – 1 tsp
2. Ginger – 2 tsp
3. Tomato – 2
4. Carrots – 2
5. Water
6. Salt – according to taste
7. Pepper – according to taste
1. Cauliflower

4. Garlic – 3 cloves
5. Onion – 1
6. Spinach
7. Mint leaves
8. Olive oil – 1 tsp

10. Chat Masala – according to taste
1. Add ghee to a frying pan. Saute the chopped ginger in a frying pan.
2. Add tomatoes to it and let it cook for some time
3. Later, add carrots to the pan and saute them on a high flame.
4. Next, add water and flavour the soup with salt and pepper.
5. Let it cook till the carrots are softened.
6. Next, let this mixture cool and then grind it.
7. Take the frying pan and reheat this mixture.
8. Finally, garnish it with ginger and relish its taste.
1. For cauliflower steaks, first, slice the cauliflower into steaks.
2. Next, season it with salt and pepper.
3. Later, grill these steaks on a frying pan.
4. For making the sauce, add olive oil to another frying pan.
5. Add garlic, hing, onion to it and saute them together. Next, add spinach and mint to it and cook until this becomes thick like a sauce.
6. Finally, pour this sauce over a plate and garnish the cauliflower steaks on its top.
