Recently, she shared a raw papaya salad recipe on Instagram and is sure that all of us will love eating papaya salad. So, let’s wear our aprons and make raw papaya salad.
1. Peeled & Grated Raw Papaya – 1cup
2. Garlic cloves – 2
3. Bird’s eye red chilli – 1
4. Galangal
5. Lemongrass
6. Basil leaves – 3
7. Peanuts
8. Soy sauce – 1 tsp
9. Brown sugar – 2 tsp
10. Lemon juice – 1 tsp
11. Fish sauce or Vinegar – 2 tsp
12. French beans
13. Spring onions – 2
14. Sprouts – 1 tbsp
15. Cherry Tomato
1. First, grate the raw papaya into fine pieces and keep it aside.
2. Then, crush the peanuts, garlic, galangal, lemongrass, basil and red chilli.
3. Next, add soy sauce, brown sugar, fish sauce and lemon juice to the above ingredients.
4. Finally, mix the grated papaya, cherry tomatoes, and french beans in a salad bowl. Then, add the sauce that you have just prepared to it.
