From skincare tips to weight loss tips, Diwekar has shared many useful tips about most of them. Recently, Rujuta Diwekar took to her Instagram the secrets to curb sweet cravings. 

The untimely sweet cravings are something that worries a lot of us. Isn’t it? But, with Rujuta Diwekar hacks, there is a solution to these cravings too. Her hacks are not only helpful for all of us who like eating sugary foods all the time but also help in overcoming the problems of bloating. Rujuta in her short video explains everything about sweet cravings. Rujuta shares how sugar cravings mainly arise due to the lack of nutrients like vitamin B12 in your body. Her video becomes so popular that it has already garnered about 252k views.

Rujuta in her informative video shares how sweet craving is always accompanied by problems like bloating, dehydration and poor sleep, and headaches too at times. For these reasons, she called these cravings bad for our bodies. Further, she also throws light on how hunger is different from cravings. While she defines hunger as something that needs to be fed. Craving on the other hand is something that does not let you get over certain foods and thus calls it bad. She is of the opinion that many lifestyle issues are the root cause of such cravings. However, Rujuta shares some minor adjustments that you can do with your meal to overcome sweet cravings. Here are some foods that you can eat at the same.

1. Add homemade pickles or homemade murabba to your daily diet.

2. Diversify your intake of pulses. 

3. Eat millet at least twice a week. You can add millets like bajra, jowar or nachani to your diet.
