For making the dry fruit ice cream, you need the following ingredients which are easily available at your home. So, get hold of these ingredients and make way for a delicious cup of dry fruit ice cream.
1. Milk – 1 cup
2. Sugar – 1 cup
3. Milk powder – 2 cups
4. Baking soda – 1 tbsp
5. Almonds
6. Cashew
7. Raisins
8. Salt – 1tbsp
9. Whipping cream – 1 cup
10. Chocolate Syrup
11. Rose Syrup
12. Crushed Parle G Biscuit
13. Mint leaves
1. Take a pan and add milk and sugar to it. Mix them together and let it cook on a low flame for 5 minutes.
2. In another bowl, mix milk powder, baking soda, and next add this mixture to the pan.
3. Next, you need to stir this mixture continuously till it starts to thicken.
4. When the mixture turns into a frothy-like structure, turn off the flame.
5. Let the mixture cool for some time.
1. First add all the dry fruits, almonds, nuts and cashew to a pan. Add a pinch of salt to this and roast all of them on a low flame.
2. In a bowl, take the chilled whipped cream and condensed milk and mix them well.
3. Later, add the chopped fruits to the bowl and mix them well. Let the mixture freeze for about 4-6 hours.
